*Handling time is generally 2 business day for all shipments, unless the item is on pre-order. US orders typically arrive in 2-5 business days. International orders are shipped from our closest international warehouse and usually arrive in 4-7 business days depending on location. Details below.

**Occasionally international orders can take as long as 2+ weeks for delivery to remote destinations such as countries located in Mexico, Central & South America, Russia, Africa & The Middle East. Due to the limitations of our shipping system and of some international carriers, we cannot guarantee international delivery dates.
SHIPPING CARRIERS & SERVICES
U.S orders: Shipped from our warehouse near Los Angeles. Most are sent via USPS 1st Class, USPS Priority, Amazon FBA or FedEx Ground. Specific service will be automatically chosen by our system when your order is processed, and depends on the size/weight of your order.
International orders: Shipped from 1 of 6 global warehouses (Los Angeles, UK, Netherlands, Korea). Our system will automatically choose the closest warehouse and fastest standard/ground service available. International orders are sent via a wide variety of carriers, and prior to shipping an order we cannot guarantee which shipping service or warehouse will be used.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
We do our best to eliminate/minimize duties by shipping from one of our international warehouses. ORANGEMONKIE is not responsible for any customs, duties or import fees associated with receiving your ORANGEMONKIE order.
BACKORDERS & PREORDERS
If your order contains an item that is on pre-order or backorder, it may not ship right away or it may be automatically split into multiple shipments.
WHY CHARGE FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
We'd love to offer free shipping to everybody. We'd also love to offer shipping discounts to international customers who place big orders. There are 2 main reasons why we don't do these things:
- International shipping is more costly, even if it comes from a local warehouse. Our shipping fees help pay the ongoing maintenance costs of having 2 fully-stocked warehouses outside of the US, so we can provide faster shipping and return services to international customers.

We don't want to compete with our international retailers. Our products are priced differently around the world. Those prices reflect the local import duties and local cost of living. By offering free shipping everywhere, we often undercut our local retailers.
