By using this Site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions as well as any other terms, guidelines or rules that apply to any portion of this Site, without limitation or qualification. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must exit the Site immediately and discontinue any use of the information or products obtainable or accessible through the Site.

Order Process

We accept payment using PayPal & Credit Card. You can pay directly through major credit cards including Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. Simply checkout using the PayPal option, scroll down and register for a PayPal account to pay with regular credit card.

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number which can be used on our carrier’s carrier’s website where you will be able to track your package.

Allow up to 2~3 business days for processing your order. Exact shipping dates are unknown at the time you place the order and may exceed 30 days after your order is accepted. You will usually have your foldio within average 5-15 business days by standard shipping.

As soon as your order is shipped, you will be sent a confirmation email with a tracking number which can be used on our carrier’s website. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy for more information.


Product Descriptions

All Sales Final. We attempt to describe and display the items offered on the Website as accurately as possible; however, we do not warrant that the descriptions or other content on the Website are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. Unless you are provided with information to the contrary from us, all Product sales are final.


Shipping Information

To determine the date we’ll ship your order, please allow up to two business days for order processing. We will notify you via e-mail when we are ready.

We accept and ship orders on a daily basis to customers worldwide. Online orders for items in stock are normally shipped from 1~2 business days from order receipt.

As soon as your order is shipped, you will be sent a confirmation email with a tracking number which can be used on our carrier’s website.

Express shipping : Average 1~2 business days

- Shipping charge depends on a product weight and country.

The Orangemonkie team works with an express shipping company.

With the express shipping, you will typically receive your item within average 1~2 business days (1~4 business days) after shipment. We will support a part of shipping fee as a customer service.

Express shipping service is run by a commercial company, so the tracking service will continue without trouble even after it arrives in other countries. And they will contact you before delivering it to your home.

Registered Airmail : From 15 – 30 business days

- Shipping charge depends on a product weight and country.
- Delivery Confirmation service / Not real time based tracking

Registered Airmail can be applied restrictedly depending on the product weight and country. With registered airmail, you will typically receive your item within 15~30 business days.

But the exact shipping dates are unknown at the time you place the order and may exceed 30 days after your order is accepted depending on customs. Unfortunately, sometimes, the item can be delayed over 60 days depending on customs and delivery service system of the country.

We provide the tracking number, and the item status is supposed to be registered on the post office website of your country when it arrives.

But, sometimes the post office of your country won’t update the status of your package even though it has arrived. Because registered airmail is controlled by the government of each country, it is not always a mandatory process to update the tracking status after it arrives in other countries.

In other words, the registered airmail can be delayed and un-trackable without specific reasons.

Sometimes, the Airmail package can be returned with the label “UNCLAIMED.” Normally it occurs for the following 2 reasons:

1. If it is returned even though the address is correct, it means the postman tried to deliver it to your house, but no one was there to receive it. Contacting the recipient is not a mandatory process depending on the country. So the post office sends it back to us after keeping it for a period of time after remaining unclaimed by the addressee without any notice. In this situation, it is out of the control of the Orangemonkie team. Therefore, the Orangemonkie team can demand a part of the shipping fee for resending.

2. Invalid address – There is a mistype of your address so the post office of your country couldn’t find the valid address and sends it back to us after keeping it for a period of time during which the package was not claimed by the addressee. In this situation, the customer has a duty to pay the shipping fee for resending.

Please note that all applicable duties, tariffs, fees and any additional charges for customs clearance are your, our customer’s, responsibility. Shipment to P.O boxes, AFO or FPO addresses are not permitted.

It is important to note that import taxes and additional charges are NOT included in the payment of your order. The destination country’s customs agency may select your shipment for assessment and could charge these duties and taxes. Since customs policies and import duties vary from country to country, it might be a good idea to check with your local customs office before you order.

All packages are shipped from our sales and logistics headquarters in South Korea.
Products are accepted by you no later than the thirtieth (30th) day following delivery of Products unless the parties otherwise agree in writing; after acceptance is deemed completed, you waive any right to reject Products for nonconformity herewith.

All claims of shortages or damages suffered in transit must be submitted directly to ORANGEMONKIE within the Guarantee period stated above. ORANGEMONKIE reserves the right to make partial shipments. ORANGEMONKIE is not bound to deliver any Products for which you have not provided shipping instructions, which include a valid email and phone number where you may be reached. Products may not be returned without the prior written consent of ORANGEMONKIE (Returns & Exchanges Policy) through our Returns form stated above.

If you are unsatisfied with your foldio purchase from ORANGEMONKIE store for any reason, you have thirty (30) days from the date of purchase to request a refund.
We will gladly accept returns of an unworn and undamaged(not physically broken or damaged) foldio with all accessories in its original box/packaging within 30 days from purchase, for a refund except for 25% restocking fee of the product price, shipping, handling, taxes and promotional discounts. The return shipping charges from the Customer to the Company will be that of the Customer. Backdrops are not covered by Returns policy if returned more than 30 days after purchase or if they exhibit wear-and-tear. During sale period(including events), returns are not available on reduced merchandise. To return a product not purchased from our online store, please refer to the original place of purchase.

It is important to note that import taxes and additional charges are NOT included in the price of your order. All shipments are delivered free of sales taxes and VAT(value added tax) from South Korea. However occasionally the destination country’s customs agency may select your shipment for assessment and could charge these duties and taxes. Since customs policies and import duties vary from country to country, it might be a good idea to check with your local customs office before you order. Paying the import taxes and/or additional charges is the customer’s responsibility of each country. This can not be a reason for returns.

Please note that items are your responsibility before they reaches our office, we advise you to securely package the items in bubble wrap and send them in a padded/secure box to prevent damage. It is also recommended to use a postal service that insures you for the value of items you are returning. We are not responsible for lost packages nor are we responsible for the cost of returning an item.

We Generally don’t accept exchanges of products without appropriate reasons by mutual agreement both ORANGEMONKIE and Customers. We can only accept exchanges of an originally defective product (not physically broken or damaged ) with all accessories and in its original box/packaging within 30 days from purchase.

If you received a defective product that exhibits damage not associated with normal wear, we will be happy to replace and ship it back to you at no cost provided that your product is returned with proof and date of purchase.
Foldio is made of thin flexible plastic sheet. If you keep folding it back(forward to outside of foldio) and forth, it can be torn. It is considered to ‘incorrect or abusive use’, Returns & Exchange policy is not applicable to it. Also, the policy is not applicable to: (i) normal wear and tear; (ii) defects or damage caused by misuse, incorrect or abusive use, accident (including without limitation; collision, fire and the spillage of food or liquid), neglect, abuse, alteration, unusual stress, modification, improper or unauthorized repair or improper storage.

For Backdrops, as they are sensitive mixed foam based products, the Returns and Exchanges policy is not applicable to: (i) a small hole or mixed shape on the sheet; (ii) creases, (iii) normal wear and tear; (iv) defects or damage caused by misuse, incorrect or abusive use, accident (including without limitation; collision, fire and the spillage of food or liquid), neglect, abuse, alteration, unusual stress, modification, improper or unauthorized repair or improper storage.

All LED strips are packed after operation test. LED strip can be damaged by misuse, incorrect or abusive use, accident (including without limitation; collision, fire and the spillage of food or liquid), neglect, abuse, alteration, unusual stress, modification, improper or unauthorized repair or improper storage. The Returns and Exchanges policy is not applicable to those cases.

To qualify for a replacement or refund, all the following conditions must be met:

1. Your order number must be verified by ORANGEMONKIE for date of purchase.

2. Returned Product must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged) and in original packaging.

3. All accessories originally included with your Product must be included with your return.

4. Complete the Returns Form and submit it within thirty (30) days of your purchase date. Please attach the video or picture URL of your problem on the ‘Returns form’.

5. ORANGEMONKIE support team will contact you.

If you return the product to ORANGEMONKIE (a) without Order confirmation or (b) without all parts included in the original package or (c) without the Returns Form; ORANGEMONKIE retains the right to either refuse delivery of such return or refuse replacement or refund. Refunds will be processed and paid within two (2) weeks of ORANGEMONKIE receipt and verification of return product.


Product Warranty

Unauthorized resales are not supported by manufacturer’s warranty. If you purchase Foldio from an unauthorized dealer; the 1-year warranty (if ordinarily offered) does not apply and the Foldio will not be eligible for product support from Orangemonkie, Inc.

1 year LIMITED WARRANTY
Orangemonkie, Inc. warrants to you, the original purchaser (“Consumer”), that this Foldio (“Product”) will under normal use, operate substantially in accordance with the accompanying documentation, for a period of one (1) year from date of original purchase.

Consumer’s sole and exclusive remedy, and Orangemonkie, lnc.’s sole and exclusive responsibility under this warranty will be, at Orangemonkie, lnc.’s option, to replace the defective Product during the one (1) year limited warranty period so that it performs substantially in accordance with the accompanying documentation on the date of the initial purchase. Any replacement may be, at the option of Orangemonkie, lnc. a new or remanufactured Product. Any benefits to the Consumer given by this warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies that the Consumer may be entitled to under law

The forgoing warranty is limited to Product and is not applicable to: (i) consumables such as backdrops; (ii) normal wear and tear; (iii) defects or damage caused by misuse, accident (including without limitation; collision, fire and the spillage of food or liquid), neglect, abuse, alteration, unusual stress, modification, improper or unauthorized repair or improper storage (iv) used not in accordance with the documentation; and (v) damage caused by or to the equipment with which the Product is used.

To obtain warranty service for any Product that is subject to the foregoing warranty, all the following conditions must be met:

1. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested from our customer service team within one(1) year of your purchase date. To request an RMA, go to: Returns form.
2. The order number of your Product must be verified by Orangemonkie, Inc. for date of purchase. The order number can be found in the order confirmation email which you received on the date of purchase.
3. All accessories originally included with your Product must be included with your return.

Consumer shall bear the cost of shipping the Product to Orangemonkie, Inc. and assume all risk of loss or damage to the Product while in transit to Orangemonkie, lnc.
Orangemonkie, lnc. may offer the Consumer a replacement Product upon receipt and verification of returned product.
Orangemonkie, Inc. shall bear the cost of shipping a replacement Product to the Consumer.

60 days LIMITED WARRANTY for the replacement part
If you don’t submit any issues with the replacement part after receiving the part within 60 days, free warranty service is not available from Orangemonkie, Inc.

WARRANTY AND REMEDY TERMS & CONDITIONS:

If you return Product to Orangemonkie, lnc. (a) without an RMA request or (b) without all parts included in the original package; Orangemonkie, lnc. retains the right to either refuse delivery of such return or refuse replacement.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless Orangemonkie, lnc. determines that: (1) the charges requested are legitimate and reasonable; and (2) the Product is inoperable and/or fails to operate substantially in accordance with the accompanying documentation through no fault of the original purchaser or through no fault of a third person, including the limitations and/or disqualifying actions expressed in the Orangemonkie, lnc. 1-Year Limited Warranty.

The limited warranty and remedy extends only to Consumer and is not assignable or transferable to any subsequent purchaser or user.
